One of my favorite James Stewart movies, though I never would've known about it if I hadn't caught BOOM! Hollywood's Greatest Disaster Films on AMC late one night, or early one morning, but I digress.
Stewart's character is something of an absent minded professor, which is to say he pays full attention to his work, but not much to everything else around him, including raising his 12 year old daughter. He's looking into what made one Reindeer airplane crash, and on the way to the crash site learns he's on another one of the same model planes and tries to warn the stewardess and a movie star passenger on board, as well as the captain and crew, but of course nobody ever listens to the scientist, what would he know?
In my opinion a VERY good movie but I want to know why is this one practically forgotten?

BUMP
It turns out that this movie is going to show on TCM on August 13th because August is Summer Under the Stars, every day full of one actor's films and August 13th is Jimmy Stewart's day, so if anybody's interested, it'll be on Saturday night at 10:15/9:15 P.M.
