I was so bored at work today....I decided to break out the stopwatch on my cell phone and time myself holding my breath. I topped out at 1:33:63.

I don't know how much time it takes but I can swim the lenght of a 25 yard pool underwater.

Thats pretty good NY I can only do about 55 seconds.

Know what's funny? I could prob. go longer. I really wasn't feeling anything until after a min. Then I forced myself to go longer and when I hit 1:33, I just let the air out. If I would've let it out slowly and then after all the air was gone and hold it for a bit longer, I prob. would've made 2 mins.

not sure, only time i hold my breath is when im tryna get rid of my hiccups, ive never timed myself
