Not so much the people behind the work, just the work, I'm not particular to any one kind; and despite all my years of art history, I really don't know too many of the famous or even lesser famous paintings: two I do like are Dali's The Persistence of Memory
and The Scream
and The Scream

Dogs playing poker count? I do like Jacob Lawrence and Romare Bearden's work.......from what I've seen of them anyway. I'm not a connoisseur of their works though.
