I have a pretty routine diet, which includes 3 low-fat Oreos with milk after supper.

I have dessert after dinner maybe twice a week or so, maybe a candy bar or ice cream.

We very rarely do unless we have company, and not even then all the time. Sometimes if we are totally being lazy and have dinner and a movie, that will include a treat after dinner. But that is so rare for us.
