Takes up too much ram memory. I'd rather watch movies on the television.

On Youtube, that started when I was in college and had to see Donnie Darko for a movie class and we couldn't get it in time from the library, not worth my time in my opinion but since then I've found some movies on Youtube and been able to see them there when it wasn't possible to see them elsewhere. So long as the picture's good and the volume can go high, I like it.

I watch DVDs on it all the time. I don't stream or download them though (unless its porn!

It's one of the benefits of Netflix. It also works for me if people are watching something on tv that I don't want to see. I can either stream something or pop in a DVD.

I have watched movies on my PC but prefer to watch on my TV.

I have a normal-sized laptop, but the screen is too small for my taste - I like to see my movies on a bigger television screen.

I imagine if I had a laptop that I would do it more, but having a desktop in the same room as the TV/DVD player makes watching movies on it seem pointless.

For like the past year I been watching my DVDs on the computer almost exclusively because it's closer to my bed and just easier to handle....but I don't download/stream movies on it cause it take too much memory.
