They say your feelings don't lie to you. How accurate are your initial reactions and perceptions about things in general? In other words, if you sense that something is a scheme (or genuine), or that someone is no good (or sincere), are you usually right, wrong, or is it a coin toss?

Tough for me to say. When I first met my wife I thought she was a bit stuck up but she was just shy.

My gut instincts about someone are usually right. Never ignore your instincts, they're there for a reason!

They're almost always right. My biggest problem has been ignoring them.

I'm pretty much spot on for the most part. I am a very observant individual. Usually, I have you pegged before you even introduce yourself to me.

For things, or situations, I am usually pretty great at that. As far as gauging people, I am not the best at all.

My gut instinct is usually right but there is the occasional time I've been off. most times when I've ignored my gut instinct, I've regretted it.

With me, my gut instinct is usually right, but from a narrow perspective. Meaning I was right about them having 'a' certain obvious trait, but I may not see in advance how significant it is (or isn't.) For example: I once started a job and on my first day I thought that the manager was a total bitch, and I wouldn't like her. Turns out that she was a bitch, but I was got along with her surprisingly well, despite it.

I am usually pretty spot on when something tells me the situation is WRONG or the person is trash. I don't always see the good right away but when I see the wrong I'm on point.
