| Not at all really. I could go for much less salt in many foods. Typically, if I am adding salt, it's REALLY bland. | |

| Oh yes, lots of salt on popcorn, on vegetables, on spaghetti, in rice, chicken, shrimp, crab, just about you name it I salt it, and I was relieved to see last week, an article finding high sodium does NOT increase people's chances for health problems, not high sodium in processed foods but rather the high amounts of fat in the foods. | |

| Yep. I needs my food thoroughly seasoned. A lot of people say the put salt in the food when they prepare it but if I don't taste the shit, more is going in it. | |
