I thought you were talking about the sweet, creamy ice cream drink. I was all prepared to say how much I like milkshakes. I didn't need to say that Chris. Too early in the morning, lol.

I am more ambivalent. Admire his candor and daring. Disgusted that a young man should let himself become clinically obese, a dangerous medical condition.
However, I am now inspired to do some abs and upper bod today, in addition to my 10 miles on the bike. Ran yesterday. Plan to run again tomorrow.
