Travel. Improve on my bowling. Learn to play the piano, though I've had a few tries with it, it never sticks.

Traveling more is definitely up there. So is taking tennis and saxophone lessons.

Travel - Ireland, Peru, Ecuador, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Germany, Switzerland, and more. 
Learn to play an instrument - took lessons as a kid but I' really not musical
