Funny you should bring this up. I was just thinking of trying to get a foto record of my scars and their history.
I have one on my hand that goes to my childhood where I was playing in a trash pile (I lived inner city St. Louis) and tripped on some wire and fell on a broken bottle. Got another on my finger that I sliced with a knife my grandmother gave me (Mom sure let her know about it). One on my knee that I cut with a WWII Japanese sword bayonet.
Of course surgery scars on my leg, abdomen and scrotum. (Hmmm, should I fotograf that one? Can I post it here?)

I'll bet mine's bigger than yours--I have a nice long one starting at my right nipple and extending into my armpit where they cut off my boob and did an axial dissection. I'll show you mine if you show me yours, but you have to go first! hahahaha!

Actually, I have seen some mastectomy scars in nudist books and a few events. One woman did a really neat tattoo on hers. Have you considered reconstruction? Anyhow, ur here, that's the important thing - and ur internal scars don't show.

I've actually already been reconstructed a year ago, May; I had a tissue expander in for a year to stretch the skin, since I figured my insurance was paying for the boob job, and I might as well go bigger and get the biggest ones that were safe. They replaced the expander with the new "gummy bear" style implants and I got one on the left side to even me out. Funny part is that I got to pick my surgery date, so I chose May 5th so I could laugh about how I have "Cinco de Mayo Gummy Boobs" !

i have a scar on my left shin. back when i was about 8, and when soda pop bottles were glass, a cousin of mine went and grabbed a 6 pack from the fridge, one slipped out the plastic ring, fell on the floor, shattered, and a piece of glass cut my shin pretty bad... still have a scar from it.
come to think of it, the soda was dr pepper

Nah, we're just going to remake Tim Burton's classic and call it: "A Nightmare Before Christmas: Extreme Makeover Edition With Jack and Sally". Shale and I can outdo their stitchmarks anyday!

i have another one i forgot about..
i have a scar above my left eye, around where my crease is, underneath the brow bone.. i fell head first from monkey bars in 3rd grade.. i bled alot and needed couple stitches.
