- Natalie is forced to act as a go-between with Rex and Clint, who are at an even bigger impasse than before.
- John and Brody do their jobs and do them well to connect Jack substantially to the demise of Gigi for a clear case.
- Todd continues to clash with that Jackass.
- Todd goes off on Jack for what he did to Gigi, requiring a Tea intervention.
- Jack finds out what it’s like to be treated like the criminal element he is.
- Todd does as a father must. He applies his considerable resources, takes advantage of Brad’s father’s unemployed predicament, and generally lies and schemes to keep his son from prison.
- Todd manages to help his son Jack evade the long arm of the law.
- Todd and Tea tag-team to block John from putting Jack into police custody.
- Before Todd and Jack make their leave, John gives them something to worry about.
- Todd makes it worth Brad’s father’s while to do what he says.
- The Man with the Scar (MWS) does some detective work on his own to figure out what’s going on and who he really is.
- MWS tries playing Let’s Make A Deal with Agent Kent.
- Sam plays with MWS again.
- Tea communicates to Rex her inability legally to allow him to wed Gigi, not like this.
- The blows keep coming for downtrodden Rex.
- Rex leans on Echo to assist him in a major way.
- Rex and Echo arrive at a resolution to their previous impasse.
- Rex is seen making a solemn pledge to his beloved Gigi.
- Rex lets Gigi go, turning to the only other emotion he can trust: blind rage against those who wronged her.
- Viki and Natalie take up matters with Clint.
- Clint runs into a snag on the road to receiving a freshly harvested heart. The heart donation in question isn’t quite ready.
- Believing his new heart fell through, Clint gets ready to meet his Maker.
- Clint gathers his clan together before the end.
- Rex eyes Clint’s fortunes to bring about the punishment of Todd and Jack.
- Blair trails Tomas all the way over to New York City, but along the way she meets up with Calmar who tries to diffuse the situation.
- Blair gives Calmar the slip with some song and dance.
- Upon returning to where Tomas is, Blair walks into the middle of a domestic dispute, complete with voices raised and glass thrown.
- After Tomas boogies on out of there, Blair slips in and meets Yvette, a woman who says she was once married to Tomas, and still is.
- Tomas has a spouse? It’s news to (poor) Blair.
- Blair and Yvette, Tomas’s wife, say hello.
- Tomas fills in the blanks about his separated wife Yvette to Blair. He includes the part about Yvette cheating on him, having a bastard child, and not giving him that divorce he asked for.
- This is when Yvette stuns Tomas and Blair by claiming that that bastard child is really his.
- Blair lets Starr in on the latest gossip.
- Starr and James take on summer school, one of them will interact with a cute boy, the other will seethe with jealousy.
- Starr claims her iPod from this kid named Sebastian (Baz for short) who helped himself. They strike up a friendship.
- Baz heads back to NYC to check in with his mom and dad who have been frantic because they thought he was abducted or something.
- Baz relieves mom and dad – Yvette and Tomas – and now Blair with news that he visited Llanview on a lark.
- Tomas takes Baz off Yvette’s hands. Yvette consents to finally letting Tomas go, via signing off on divorce papers.
- Yvette scares Blair by saying something enigmatic that puts her off on Tomas.
- Blair gets Baz to go back to Llanview by saying he can have at Capricorn’s sound equipment when he wants.
- Tomas has Dani meet Baz, as they’re cousins.
- Baz tags along with Dani to commencement.
- Baz’s relational ties to Tomas gives Starr time to ponder.
- James feels threatened by Baz and Starr. He should. They have more in common.
- Starr and Baz consider banding together on a hot track.
- Blair and Tomas communicate about the Baz situation.
- Tomas confesses to Blair that he’s having a hard time with the Baz relationship.
- Blair tries to make Tomas feel less overwhelmed with having this son.
- Blair follows up on what Yvette said by going to the source about it. Tomas stammers.
- A gun goes off at Dorian’s mansion, La Boulaie, hitting a particular character.
- Bo expects answers as to what—or who—caused the brain hemorrhage in the first place in Matthew. Run, Nate, run!
- Porno king Rick tries to use what he’s got on Nate to manipulate the young man and Deanna.
- Jessica catches up on custody news with Aubrey, who is watching over Ryder.
- Ford makes it to Llanfair and Jessica, where she proceeds to cut him down with her apathy for his cause.
- Jessica denounces Ford and kicks him out of her baby Ryder’s life.
- Ford holds on to hope that Tess and Ryder will complete his family, in spite of what’s now going on.
- There’s nothing Jessica can do but let Aubrey continue to foster Ryder until the custody issue is resolved.
- Brody relays the bad news about Clint’s dire heart to Jessica.
- Jessica shelves plans to sort through Ryder’s custody with Aubrey, so she can be with her father in the hospital.
- Brody decides to move—from the flame into the fire.
- John can’t help but notice Brody coming in haggard. It’s a curious thing.
- Brody discloses to John—in a put-upon tone that’s more disturbing—that Jessica finally made her way back out.
- Natalie and Jessica have a knock-down throw-down, with terrible words exchanged.
- Natalie degrades Jessica for chickening out on Brody.
- Jessica retorts back that at least she didn’t whore herself to John in retaliation—yet.
- At the first hint of Jessica’s restoration, Joey doesn’t hesitate to ice Aubrey out.
- David may have done something that completely puts him in the doghouse with Dorian. It involves a picture… It’s totally Echo’s doing.
- Dorian and David go back and forth in a heated debate because of her belief he’s been dallying with actress Ionia.
- David checks in on his relations.
- Porno King Rick puts Deanna between a rock and a hard place. He can, because of what she knows about Nate.
- Ford and James must save Deanna from Porno King Rick.
- Nate hates that Rick has glommed onto the secret (that he punched Matthew and caused the brain shutdown).
- Dani has a hissy fit about Nate hanging all over Deanna.
- Next week: Natalie and Brody proceed to be a couple from here on out… Brody gets a hold of Marty’s session tape with the late Dr. Bhuhari, hits play, then makes a vow of silence—to hold onto the good thing he’s got going with Natalie and Liam. It’s called snapping… Viki lectures and lays into Jessica but good… Ford hijacks Jessica… Ford takes a shot at moving Jessica to his side… Echo whispers in Viki’s ear about what Dorian did to Clint to put him in the hospital… Nate and Deanna behave like typical victimized, blackmailed, guilt-ridden, helpless victims… Starr dispenses bon-mots of wisdom to Jack… Todd drinks too much, gets hammered, and spills his guts (about John being Liam’s real dad) to Vimal… Somebody talks out of school, threatening Todd’s house of cards… Todd and Tea have a knock down, drag out fight… The Man With A Scar (original Todd, aka actor Roger Howarth) approaches Todd Manning’s abode… Joey does the pleading of his life to be with Kelly; he’s completely through with faithless Aubrey… Rama tries to validate her deceitful actions to Cristian regarding the pregnancy ruse perpetuated on hapless Vimal.
