Well, saying nobody is surprised is not fair. I think that the life he led doesn't make the masses surprised. But there are a lot of people who are plenty surprised. Angie Cuturic, his long time girlfriend is probably surprised.
It sounds like Rob was drunk driving the vehicle that crashed, so no sympathy for that, but there are real, honest people in his life that are forever changed by his untimely death.
