LOL Tony! Rex won't let legalities get in the way. I'm surprised he hasn't thought to just forge a marriage certificate the way he forged a death certificate. He doesn't care enough about Gigi to follow her wishes, so why not just forge another document and get away with things the way he did before.

He cares enough about her to follow her wishes. Her wishes were that he decide what goes on. That is what she wanted. If Clint got her heart, she wanted Rex to be the one to let go of her, not have her ripped from him.
