| I use Turkey Chopped meat as of late. I use Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Chick Peas and I cut up a few pieces of pepperoni. I also use 1/2 cup of red cooking wine and 1 pack of McCormick Chili seasoning. I add a little Franks hot sauce to it so it has a little zing. Its quite good. | |

| I made chilli last week in the crock pot. I am so lazy. I got one of those McCormick chilli seasoning packs, kidney beans, diced tomatos, tomato paste, raw onions, and ground beef. I always put a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a shy tablespoon of brown sugar in mine. | |

| ^^Everyone i know usually does the same thing..except for cocoa powder and brown sugar part.. ill have to remember that next time.
