Yep what we guys usually do when we wake up in the morning or just before going to sleep if we are alone.

Besides hygiene, no rituals for me. Aside from getting my clothes together for the next day. Every sunday night I pluck my eyebrows or shave, but that's about it!

I always take my glasses off and put them on top of my laptop before I go to bed. More of a habit than a ritual.
