    Some people find this a very stupid thing to do, I do not, my family's always saved them and reused them until they weren't any good anymore. Some people actually compared it to reusing paper plates, which makes no sense because paper plates are just for serving food on, the purpose of Ziploc bags is to store food in and keep it fresh, two entirely different things altogether.

    Not if food has been in them. The only time I have re used them is if I store things in them that I am taking on vacation like toiletries and stuff like that. Or if I store anything other than food.

    Yes and even for some food items like the rye bread we buy because it doesn't come in a re-sealable wrapper.

    I thot they were just for separating things in my luggage, like chargers, toiletries, first aid stuff, flatware and coins.

    And ganja! It's been my experience though, that by the time you get to the bottom of the bag, what's left was like powder so it was easier to snip off one corner.

    Funny, we always use them for food, the only ones we don't try to salvage are what's had greasy or barbecued food in them, those will never come clean, but the others usually do.

    no, i never reuse ziplock bags for food and almost never for other things.

    No, not for the ones used for foods. I buy the generic ones for that, so it is not that expensive. I re-use the name brand Ziploc bags for my crafting things.

    I don't buy Ziploc bags like that, but I will until they get raggedy from re-washing them. Then I'll throw them out.
