After the rather mild past few summers that didn't get hot until mid August, I guess spring said t'hell with it this year.

The humidity has been off the chain. I really almost haven't had any desire to leave my house because of how muggy it's been. This is July weather.

It's decent today. In Chicago is mid 70s and sunny. But it's cooling down. The week has been hot.

The temp dropped in NY from the other day, so it's a little breezy out now. Definitely will have to take a jacket when I go out tonight.

Here we had some hot days, I think from Sunday to Wednesday. Even had the central air fired up for two days. This weekend should be warm, but no as bad.

And it's starting to get into the part of the season where the humidity isn't even going to break. At least earlier when it was 80 plus degrees, the humidity will break at around 7 or 8 in the evening. Now it's staying hot longer and won't break until 12, 1 or even later in the morning, if at all. A/C is a MUST HERE. And I do know what it's like not having it. It's hell, literally.

I was outside at 2am and the humidity was just as high as it was during the day. Without A/C it would be hell for sure!

Beautiful day today. Last night about 6:30 a cold front came in and pushed all that damned stinky humid air out to the ocean and it became cool and breezy!

That's NY for your ass. I was like 'damn, it's cold as hell out here'. But I've seen it chilly this early in the summer. I wasn't complaining. Let that humidity shit stay away until August.
