| No. Self defense is justified. Having said that, would I want to exact revenge on someone who did something horrible to a loved one. There's no doubt that they did the crime but they get off on a technicality or I thought the jury had their head up their asses and aquitted? The answer is yes, I probably would but the point is I'm not justified. If I do it and get caught I shouldn't expect jury nullification. I should be prepared to go to prison with the belief that it was worth it. | |
