Most Embarrasing Naked Moment

Then later on she yells downstairs asking if I still didn't have any clothes on.

Twice in the same damn week.

One of the girls in the class who was a junior and like the "assistant" to the coach stood next to me in the water with her arms under me while I tried to float on my back. But one time, I was I just got finished working out at the gym and realized that I didn't have my towel with me. There weren't that many guys in there at the time and I had to go to work from the gym so I just chose to head to the showers without a towel and air dry. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a boner once I was done with the shower, so I had to walk from the shower stalls all the way back to the lockers, with a raging boner and no towel to cover myself up. And of course, there were more guys in the locker room at that time too, so I'm sure at least a few guys saw me. Nobody said anything and I left as if nothing had happened, but I was definetely embarrassed.

I go out of my way too much to make sure of that sometimes. It does happen in my stories a lot, but in real life, I avoid it like the plague.
