My mom.
My dad and me go through hot and cold phases. Sometimes he's cool and sometimes I can't stand him. Either way, I just never bonded with him as much as I did my mom.

My mom. I never met my dad. He was killed in a car accident when I was a baby. My mom later remarried when I was a teenager so I have a stepdad, but he's just my mom's husband. We're cordial but not especially close.

I'm closer to my dad. My mom and I just, well don't agree on a whole lot of things.

I was much closer to Mom. But she has passed. So Dad is all I have now and we get along, but he would be hard pressed to give you any details about my favorite things in life.

Kind of odd for me to answer. I have more level, "consistent" rapport with my mom, but have probably bonded more with my dad. Me and my dad go through these peaks and valley's, where sometimes I came close to hating him, while other times he was the one I ran to for immediate help or advice.
