    Doing a Cancer walk tomorrow, which I'm kinda nervous about. The walk is 7 miles and uphill! jaw dropz

    Let me just say, I DONT WALK!! I walk no more than to my car, Or when I'm bar hopping downtown, and I'm in heels when I go out.

    I don't haveto walk entire 7 miles, but I wanna do as much as I can. Heard there's a shuttle for anyone who can't walk the whole thing, and they have Outback and people to massage you once you finish at top of the hill... smug

    Think I'll walk for 1/2 mile then catch the shuttle and relax big grin

    Good luck tmorrow! I know what you mean though, we've never been big on walking everywhere either, if I were to sign up for one of those, I don't know how far I'd make it either.

    7 miles isn't bad. Wear some comfortable shoes and you'll be good to go. And I had to learn the hard way. You really do need to have proper footwear when working out/walking. It really does make a difference. Have a good walk!

    So I did it guys!! I walked the entire 7 miles, in about 2 1/2 hours. Wasn't as bad as I thought, I did wear comfortable shoes. My legs started to hurt towards the last mile, but I did it. Smile

    My family and friends were proud.

    This morning I'm at work, I thought my legs would have been sore, but they're cool.

    Oh! And the outback once we got to the top wasn't even all that, they served pre-prepared chicken ceaser salad in a box, with very little dressing, and like 3-4 croutons. They also served bread and butter and fruit. eye roll
