I used to watch repeats of it as a child when it came on TV locally, but haven't seen it much since then. It comes on cable from time to time, but I haven't had much desire to watch it.

When it was on Nick @ Nite I watched it a lot, now it's on TV Land at 1 or 2 in the morning and I barely catch it. We had seen Problem Child 1 and 2 years before this ever came on Nick @ Nite, so we laughed because Little Ben Healy was on it.

No, I never liked the show despite liking Jon Ritter. But I did like the Ropers, and I watched their show when it spinned off to their own.
