Adam Levine of Maroon 5 not only won’t be at the MTV Video Music Awards, but he’s not even going to watch them.
“The Voice” judge voiced his criticism of the network today.
Levine first tweeted, ”the VMA’s. one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I’m drawing a line in the sand. f**k you VMA’s.”
MTV then responded via Twitter: ”Soooo you’ll be tuning in at 9/8C tomorrow right? (BTW, bonus points if you TwitPic your 2004 Moonman!)”
Levine later shot back, “still waiting to have my ‘jerry macguire mission statement moment of deep regret… ‘ not happening. phew!”

Good for him, I totally agree with him, MTV does more reality shows than any other network.

Its true. They need to change their name for MTV to RTV.
