    In one episode of All in the Family, Archie sees Michael putting his shoes and socks on in this order: sock, shoe, sock, shoe. He chastises him for doing it incorrectly; claiming that normal people put their shoes on in this order: sock, sock, shoe, shoe.

    How do you do it?

    I put socks on both my feet, then put on my shoes.

    Just like I sometimes write cursive and print on the same sheet of paper, I do it both ways.

    Sometimes both socks go on first other times one sock and one shoe goes on (the same foot).

    Am I schizoid? Is it a problem?

    I have the luxury when anyone tells me I am doing something incorrectly of telling them that it has worked for me for 66 years and I am still here.         Blue Cool

    Most of the time I "sock, sock, shoe, shoe" but not always.

    And, Shale, I quite often mix cursive with print, too.
