Not really, ankle socks are high enough for me.
I have a couple fuzzy/warm socks for winter, but they don't even reach mid shin.

As a teenager I had several pairs of thick knee highs in bright colors, but no, I just wear the regular length ones.

I have one pair of dress socks that go up to my knees for those rare times I wear my suit. Every other pair is either crew or low cut.
