    Cravings Empty Cravings

    When your finished dinner and its about 2 hours later and your watching TV, what do you usually crave? I seem to always crave something sweet. I have now been buying grapes so I won't go through a whole box of cookies or a cake in a few days.

    I have a sweets craving sometimes, depending on how much was in my supper.

    I have an after supper dessert of a cup of 2% milk with 3 Reduced Fat Oreos. If that is not enuf to get me thru, I make a little instant oatmeal with raisins.

    (Of course I crave a big slice of moist chocolate cake with chocolate icing, but I sublimate with the oatmeal) Blue Cool

    Usually my after dinner cravings are more liquid based. At that point I can guzzle a one liter Coke.
