Yeah, but it often comes down to why they made the mistake. There are mistakes and there are stupid mistakes.

Nystyle is right; however, photolabs cannot afford to slip and lose pictures, be it film or other media. It did happen to me once, long ago (film), and those pictures were

Honestly, none. I expect everyone who claims professional status for themselves to be thorough and competent at what they do.
