    Yes. Divorce shouldn't be so difficult & convoluted.

    It's one thing if it's amicable or even if it’s not and the two parties just can’t stand looking at each other anymore (irreconcilable differences) but adultery? I don’t think so.

    Contracts with anything are binding and never easy to break. But there is no point in keeping a marriage sealed if it isn't going to work.

    When I divorced my first husband I did all the papers myself.
