    I've noticed that most people have no problem writing in to complain about particularly bad service, but do you write in to praise people for particularly good service too?

    I have made it a point to let ppl know when I got good service.

    Especially my surprise visit from the home health nurse with my broken leg. I was home, post-op while hurricane Wilma tore up S. FL. Trees were down, roads were blocked and there was no electricity, but I had a knock on the door. The nurse was there to assess & dress the surgery site. I was totally surprised that he would show up first day after the storm. I let the company know I appreciated his commitment.

    I complain only if service was incredibly bad.

    I compliment when service is exceptional.
