    Wouldn't you just love to see what her parents are like? 9 year old throws a metal chair at a deputy and tries to push him, that's both ballsy and (but largely) just plain stupid. And throwing a deadly missile? That's a charge? Seriously? Here they'd just call it aggravated assault I think.

    Deadly missle? In that case the deputy should have just tossed the little bastard into a garbage bin and make the accusation worthwhile.
