Depends on who is talking, if I know them very well and know they ain't full of shit, sober/drunk, then I know they speaking the truth. Others just speak out their ass, and it comes out more when they are drunk, that I take with a grain of salt, and just be like

I agree. It depends on the person. Some people become a loud obnoxious horses ass & some loud obnoxious horses asses become the nicest sweetest people when drunk. It's bizarre.

I'm more inclined to believe that the liquor brings out the real person, and I can usually tell when this is the case.
