    Have you ever been somewhere and you used your card only to have the cashier tell you its been declined? even though there was money on it? How did you react?

    Even though there was money on it? That's never happened to me. Only time my cards been declined is if I had no money in my account or I reached my credit limit and wasn't aware.

    Only one time. The poor clerk swiped and swiped. Turned out that I'd given him my ATM card! A little embarrassing but at least it was an easy fix. Has your card ever been declined? 273237

    My credit card has been declined before, but because I tried to charge more than my available limit and I hadn't paid the bill yet. Just pulled out another one.

    I haven't with my personal ones. Years ago, I had an employer's fail at an office supply store.
