when i was a kid, all the old ladies in my family played pinocle, my siblings and i played poker and gin, and the really old people played bridge. Unfortunately, I never learned the games of the other generations.

War, speed, canasta, blackjack, go fish, crazy 8's, that's all the further I've learned. I'd like to learn poker someday.

ON the computer I play solo HEARTS...always trying for that perfect game. I have done it twice. IRL I play EUCHRE, which I guess is mostly a Michigan area game, but is gaining popularity as Michiganders migrate around the country during these suck ass economic times...

When I worked in the steel mill, we played TONK and ACEY / DUCEY for $$ in the locker room.

Trying to get good at Texas Hold ~Em so I can go to Vegas and clean up.
