    Shower
    Eat breakfast
    Urinate
    Get Dressed (in day clothes)
    Put on robe or dressing gown
    Shave (men)

    Hit snooze about 3 times then get up
    Shower, if I've showered before bed, wash my face
    brush teeth
    start getting ready
    then go

    I hardly eat breakfast and don't do coffee.

    Drag my sorry ass up after 3 snooze alarms.
    Pee.
    Wash my face.
    Make coffee.
    Moisturize my face and apply some makeup.
    Get the coffee, my pills, and finish the makeup.
    Throw on my clothes.
    Brush teeth.
    Do the hair.
    Contacts (or glasses).
    Jewelry, perfume.
    Shoes.
    Grab all my shit to carry.
    Scurry out the door.
