As everyone else said, it depends.
How much chewing is involved in the food, whether I'm eating alone or talking with someone. I don't eat fast, prefering to savor my food.

I eat a lot slower than my husband. As a guess, probably no quicker than 20 minutes.

It would take me about 10 or 15 minutes to clean off the plate.

It varies. If it's a full plate, then probably anywhere from five to twenty minutes; depending on where I'm eating and what else is happening at the time.
