Should public services be denied to those who are not registered members of internationally recognized socialist organizations?

I'm talking about ALL public services, including:

    • Fire Protection
    • Waste Management
    • Education
    • Police Protection
    • Public Transportation
    • Water Services
    • Airport Scans
    • Inter-library Loan
    • Mouth to Mouth Resuscitation
    • Extra Sensory Perception
    • Common Courtesy
    • Colonic Irrigation
    • The Doppler Effect
    • Compound Interest
    • Heterosexual Civil Unions

I think this would be a terrible idea. How about you?
