    If for whatever reason an additional home property came into your possession and it was decent and low on maintenance, would you sell it or rent it out?

    Eh, I really don't know. I could really go either way. If I couldn't find a decent renter in time, I would go away and sell it.

    Depends. But I don't trust renters and have been shocked at the trashed nightmares that some friends of mine had to clean up after. I'd be killing me some renters after tracking them down!

    I have heard horror stories from friends with rentals. It seems like a lot of headaches.

    Definitely sell. The whole renter/leaser thing doesn't appeal to me. It seems like it would be a lot of hassle and headache.
