    TUCSON, AZ (AP) - A Tucson father is in trouble after his three young children were found abandoned along the 6600 Block of South Via Vista de Santa Cruz.

    Police say a resident called 911 Thursday evening after she heard crying coming from her front yard. She discovered two boys and a girl, who ranged in age from 6 months old to 2½ years old.

    The smallest child was in a car seat and a diaper bag had been left with the children.

    After about two hours, the children's mother had approached officers in the area and said she was looking for her children. She told them the father was supposed to be caring for them.

    Police say the father, 20-year-old Shawn Wilson-Toliver, had left the home with the children after arguing with the mother.

    Wilson-Toliver is now facing three counts of child abuse.

    LOL, I know I shouldn't laugh.....but that fucked up. Guess its better than shooting them or something. He won't win any father of the year awards.

    exactly what i was thinking... and he did leave them in the front yard of someone that is home... could have been much much worse, both what he did and who found them!

    3 kids by 20yrs old... THAT is why he went nuts and left them!
