    Do you do any push-ups as exercise? If so, how many can you do at a time?

    I'd rather have the ice cream lol It's been a while. I used to work out & need to drag my ass out of the chair & get back to that again.

    My upper bod exercises are minimal and I defer to my lower back. So, no pushups, but I lay on my back and push two 15-pound freeweights about a hundred times, after my butterflys with them.

    Don't do situps either, just a tightening of my abdominals while laying on my back. It really works and it is a specific for lower back probs.

    I don't do it regularly, but I can. I don't know how many I can do at a time. 20 or so maybe. I remember I had a gym teacher that got mad at the whole class and made us do 100 push ups in a row. That was the most I ever done.
