I would not go out of my mind unless I was anxiously awaiting something in an email, or needed to access travel fare right away.
I'd read, listen to music, watch something on the tube, walk, or pull something out of my list of things to do.

I would ponder for a while how I survived without the internet for the first half-century of my life, then go do something.

I'd be aggravated and would try to discover the cause. This has actually happened to me before and it tends to irritate me.
