    Yuck, NEVER. We had a neighbor who at EVERY 4th of July barbecue would make cheeseburgers that were BRIGHT PINK inside, so her dog always got them.

    Years ago when I was a kid when my Mama mixed up the chopped meat with all the ingredients for meatballs (eggs, cheese, spices, breadcrumbs, etc.) she would roll a little ball and ask me to taste it and see if it needed more salt. Have not done that in years but I remember it was not repulsive and I am still here to talk about it LOL.

    Same here. Mixed with onions, salt, pepper and a raw egg, it smelled so good I would take a taste. That was back before all the antibiotics made this deadly super salmonella resistant stuff we get now, from both the ground beef and eggs.

    I had a friend back then who ate raw hamburgers. He was a body builder and did the raw eggs too.

    Not only is eating raw meat disgusting, but there are several health risks associated to it (like E-Coli, Trichinosis and Salmonella.)
