    What do you tend to have for breakfast most of the time?

    - Just Coffee/Tea
    - Just juice/milk/something cold
    - Toast
    - Danish/Muffin/Croissant
    - Cereal
    - Fruit
    - Something cooked e.g Eggs/Bacon/Sausages

    Generally one of these, I'm not a big breakfast person. That's IF I have breakfast, I skip most of the time.

    This morning I'm having juice and yogurt.

    I generally have Coffee and either a Muffin, Oatmeal or Cereal.

    I have A banana , and a glass of milk. The milk is to wash down the many pills that require that they be taken with food and vitamins.

    On workday mornings I have a cup of black coffee with one reduced fat Oreo.

    Then I have one hardboiled egg.

    On Weekends, I have a couple cups of black coffee with one Oreo each.

    After an hour or so I cook two eggs with grits or a cheese omelet. Then have a cup of cafe au lait with a couple more Oreos.

    I love breakfast food, but don't eat breakfast. It is very likely that i would have an omelet for dinner.
