I like them but they are so messy. I like a mild sauce.
Normally when I buy ribs, I do them with potatoes and sauerkraut.

OH! When I saw the title, I thot this was some feminist complaint that Barbie was not only unrealistically proportioned but that they finally started showing her ribs.

Best ribs I ever had were at a restaurant called Victoria Station. It was a chain that had a railroad theme and specialized in prime rib but they also had barbeque beef ribs on the menu.
My recolection is they were all you could eat and they'd start you off with 4 and then bring more 2 at a time. Most I could finish were 6. They were awesome. Too bad they went out of business in the mid 80's.

Hey, I remember Vic's! We had one in Portland and I ate there several times. Didn't have the ribs, though. Good food.

Yeah. . . well. . . I'm sure the Aussies hear all kinds of comments from Americans about the barbies (their slang for bbq'rs).
Beef on the barbie, leave it on the barbie till the bones fall off. . . I'm getting morbid.
