My sister is 38 and a grandma (she had her oldest son at 16), and I can't imagine her lowering herself to go on a show like that, or me watching her do it.

Shamefully and honestly, I would probably give such a show a go. Being 35, I would be curious what it is like to be a grandmother for someone my age.
What they will most likely have is grandmothers to step-children's kids. I am sure there will be a couple of two generation teen parents but I am guessing they will have a mix with the majority being step-grandparents. My step-daughter is 23, so I could technically be a grandmother right now. Thank goodness I am not.

A lot of women become grandmother's in their 30's. My mom had me at 17 (but my mom married my dad) and my son was born when I was 19, so my mother was 36 at the time. It is what it is.
With that being said, as someone pointed out, what IS the point of this show?

If the show is nightmarish enough to discourage even one girl from having a baby too young, then I say 'watch it'! Though I won't because I don't like reality TV.
