That's exactly what I was gonna post. Back when we would hit the road and disappear for a while, I got back to New Orleans and heard that I had died. Kinda funny if not true.

Yes....and some were completely false and others mirrored the truth.

Back in high school, and only one was true--but I didn't even know the girl who was spreading that one!
I lost a lot of friends on the false ones, though. Years later in college we got that all straightened out, but damn, it really ruined high school.
