My favorite kind of steak is porterhouse steak, I like putting it on the grill, its very tender and very juicy. I do this mostly in summer months or winter months that are not cold.
Since I eat out all the time on the weekends most places have what they call New York Strip steak which is like a sirloin steak cut into a large strip and grilled however you like it.

Every supper starts with a salad. Then I eat a lot of Michael Angelo's Vegetarian Lasagna or other entree at least twice a week or more.
Every work morning I have one hard boiled egg. On non-work days I have cheese omelet or grits & fried eggs.
