Hard to believe that by this time next week I'm going to be 23 years old. My mother and I are still trying to figure out where the hell the time's gone. And yesterday my mother found out that her mother-in-law, who came out to stay with my parents for 6 weeks when I was born, STILL has the World's Greatest Grandma sweater she gave her when I was born, and wears it all the time, UNBELIEVABLE!

No more than usual. The neighbors aren't coming over for the party on Wednesday so Monday it'll just be us at the house. I went down today and got a bottle of champagne for the occasion, I'm hoping this is a good one, Korbel something or other, hopefully it'll be better than that cheap J. Roget stuff from last year.

As it turns out, this is going to be a busy birthday for me. My sister is coming tomorrow afternoon because that's the only day she has off. Then my birthday is on Monday and it's just going to be us, and then on Wednesday the neighbors are coming over so I'm having 3 parties complete with 3 cakes, and I'm sure by that time we should have a nice dent put in the Korbel.
