Well, I did wear them in the '80s.
Actually, I still own a cut off T-shirt that I wear when going to the beach. It just covers my shoulder and chest and is used because those places sometimes get more sun than the rest of the bod. So, you will see a man still wearing one at the supermarket on my way home on Miami Beach.
