I really don't know. It's a major decision so I don't think I could answer without actually being in that situation.

Don't particularly care for is one thing, but if it's someone I downright hate, they're on their own.

It's hard to say. I might. If I did, it would be to keep my own conscience sane more than to save their life.

Well if I don't like the person then no, besides my organs are all old as the hills. If it is someone I care about they can have both of them!

i have a sis i dont like... but she would get my kidney. The rest... idk. probably. I would have given my dog a kidney if she needed one... so why not

Hard question...kind of. My knee-jerk response would be, "Heck no." But if it was a cousin and I really loved my aunt and uncle, I may just do it for their sake.

Ultimately it would depend on why I disliked them, how deep my disdain for them was…and, for bonus points, how much it meant to the rest of the family.
