Have you ever tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or NutriSystem? If so, which do you think is better overall?

No but I know a little about each from people that have done them and I think Weight Watcher's is the best.

I only know people who have done W.W. I guess whatever works for you to get to and stay at a healthy weight. I just have my doubts about the two where you buy their pre-made meals.

I've always believed these things were just marketing schemes but if they work for some people that's a good thing I guess.
